Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is a American model, singer-songwriter and actress. Most well-known is her character on the CW TV series Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and as the main singer of The Pretty Reckless. The music of Momsen is used in movies and TV shows like How to Be Single, Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen's younger sibling Sloane Momsen also works as an actress. Her dance training was at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. Three years ago, she began her acting career as a professional with a Shake 'n Bake commercial. Momsen had a career pause over three years before she was chosen to play the lead role in Misconceptions the WB TV series. At the same time, Momsen appeared in the 2006 film Saving Shiloh. The actress was also in the top three for Hannah Montana, but Miley was chosen for the part.
