Annmarie Fairweather has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices for people, management of people, Talent Management, and Cultural Development. Annmarie, a Human Resources professional with more thirty years experience, has helped managers, their teams, and organizations improve results. It was particularly true in times of fast-paced transformation and business growth. Annmarie was a consultant, helping translate corporate and people strategies into strategies, goals and corporate-wide targets with regard to performance management and organizational including employee participation as well as change. She has a passion for learning and sees leadership and team building as the greatest advantage. Her extensive experience in small and mid-size companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven success and results has have helped to create organizational cultures that embodied learning innovation and change that positively affect teams as well as organizations. As Annmarie continues to invest her talents and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she is currently providing support for a variety of non-profit organizations in her free time. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. Its mission is to develop women as leaders.
