Luciana Paoluzzi was born in Rome, where she was raised by both her parents. Luciana Paoluzzi had a father who was a retired Italian soldier and her mother Maria Rota Paoluzzi. She was also a lover to Benito Mussolini. There's no record of her siblings. Luciana has graduated from her local high-school in 1955 and studied naval engineering in Milan in the Scientific Academy of Milan. Luciana was the only female of her class was the first graduate.
