Hayley Orrantia, an American singer-songwriter and actress. The most famous of her role is Erica Goldberg who stars in The Goldbergs, an American comedy show. Even though she sings, her primary passion is music. When she was nine years old of age, she was dabbling into music. When she was 12, she took the music seriously enough that she began training professionally. She began songwriting when she was 13 and was only 14 when she made her debut album of covers songs. It has been non-stop ever since. Orrantia was born in the USA and yet she holds Hispanic origins. She is a native of Hispanic roots even though she only spoke English as a child and her whole life was in America. To keep her heritage alive she's learning Spanish. Additionally, she creates songs using the Spanish language. One such song is 'Hasta Verte,' which she composed in Spanish. Orrantia was a part of The X Factor season 1's auditions during the summer 2011. Orrantia got selected as a result of an YouTube video and was awarded the judges' four "yes" vote from the judges in the live audition stage in Seattle, Washington. Though she initially auditioned in a single performance at "Hollywood Week", she and three female performers were placed in a group for the rest in the selection process. The live shows were held in the fifth week.
